"Plumbers. Two years ago, we moved to Santa Fe. In attempting to find a list of service providers, Territorial Plumbing was recommended to us. Are we glad they were! Over the two years, Bill, Tommy, Verna, and especially Jon have really helped us with any of our plumbing needs. Most recently, they handled a broken gas line, requiring Verna to stand in line during Covid for a permit. They are all wonderful! We cannot recommend them more highly."

"We had a few issues in our newly-built home with improper and incomplete installations of both our radiant floor heating and mini-split cooling systems. The builder freely admitted they didn't know why some of these things weren't working, after 6-7 trips out to try to fix it, and several all-day attempts to do so. Billy and his team came over, and within a half hour identified the cause of every single problem. In 2 trips they fixed the improperly installed radiant heat and mini-split issues, and performed some preventative maintenance that would have led to some other downstream issues had Billy and his team not found and fixed them. In another visit, they completed the radiant heat installation that the builder could not complete despite 4 visits and all day sessions. Billy and team did the installation in one simple visit. In short, they are as good at what they do as my top engineers at Amazon were - I was floored by Billy's technical expertise, and his ability to clear tell me what was going on. And that led to instant success, after months of failure by others. Clearly this team is at the top of their game. I will never use anyone else for our HVAC systems other than Billy and the folks at Territorial. 10 stars!"

"Jon went above and beyond the call of duty, fixing the problems that led to our initial call as well as on the fly fixing a couple of other emergencies that crept up. He could not have been nicer, more patient, more professional and competent, or kinder. Territorial was referred to us by a home inspector over a year ago and we are now loyal customers for our home and our business. We sang their praises to our office condominium association, and they are now using Territorial as well! Pam in the office is both professional as well as kind. She recognizes my voice and it's like a comforting phone call with a favorite aunt! All in all, working with this family business has been a joy!"
